What are these famous yes/no mystery riddles?

I distinctly recall two famous yes/no mystery riddles from years ago and they were both very hard to figure out (but well known).

They go something like this:

In the first yes/no question-answer mystery riddle, "Wanda" is laying still on the floor of the bedroom, glass is all around her and the floor is wet. How did she die?

The second riddle is similar:

"Three people are in a cabin in the woods. They are all unconscious on the floor. What happened to them?"

I recall the answer to the first as being a fish, and the second the "cabin" being the cabin of a plane.

Who invented these two riddles? And where can the riddles (and others like them) be found online?
